Shelly Molgaard, RGD, MGDC....With over eleven years of experience in the graphic design and print production industries, Shelly brings her high energy, professionalism and exceptional communication skills to any project she is involved in. She has a strong imagination for contributing cutting-edge ideas, recommendations and action plans that are instrumental in designing promotional materials that "cut through the noise".

Along with being extremely adaptable, Shelly possesses excellent organizational skills and effective writing capabilities combined with an exceptional ability to contribute to the visual images of her clients through illustration and photography.

Shelly's career has led to opportunities within Canada as well as across the pond. While living in Denmark she designed promotional materials for Jens Krukov, LLP and was the Senior Designer for the Gammelby Avisen. She also spent nine years in the Toronto graphic design industry.

Shelly takes great pride in her work and guides design from its infancy to final production, meticulously governing every aspect, from thumbnails to press proofs. She has worked with three of Canada's premier corporate organizations - Maritime Life, Edelman Worldwide and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Her experience with these corporate clients included all aspects of marketing and design, from strategy through concept creation to production.

As the Creative Director for Krylen Design, she inspires marketing and design solutions that bring the client's brand to the surface.

Robert Place BSc (Hons), Computer Science... With over seven years of  programming for overseas as well as local companies, Rob brings advanced programming skills in ASP, SQL Server, .Net, JavaScript, VBScript, HTML, IIS, COM and Visual InterDev.

Rob�s attention to detail, creativity and commitment to providing the best solution for his clients� needs has served him well in his chosen career. Rob has experience designing and developing web based applications, writing programs and creating web sites for clients in England as well as in Nova Scotia.

The key to Rob's success as a programmer is his ability to move seamlessly between technologies, offering clients personalized, "cutting edge" results that get noticed.

As the Director of Content Development with Krylen Design, Rob offers his wealth of experience, knowledge and keen sense of the customer experience.

Lillian Crump, BA, Illustrator and Graphic Designer...Lillian's 13 years of illustration and graphic design experience give her the insight and ability needed to create illustrations and designs that deliver client's key messages in a meaningful and memorable way.

A Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of Winnipeg with fine art training from the University of Saskatchewan, Lillian is also a design graduate of Kwantlan College in British Columbia. While working in British Columbia, Lillian continued to enhance her skills at the Emily Carr School of Fine Art. Returning to Nova Scotia Lillian continues her commitment to the arts as a member of Visual Arts Nova Scotia.

Creative and highly capable in a variety of illustration genres and methods, Lillian's illustrations have appeared in books, magazines and brochures published in both Canada and the United States, including works published by Harper San Francisco, Zondervan and the Longwoods Publishing Company. Lillian's versatility is evident in imagery created for HOPE International Development Agency, the Alliance for Healthy Eating & Physical Activity, Acadia University, Maritime Travel, South Shore DHA and The Case for Wine to name a few.

As an illustratrator and designer with Krylen Design, Lillian's versatility, experience, insight, talent, and professionalism ensure that client's essential messages and brand positioning are strengthened and elevated.
